At Nujurma, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have created a clear and straightforward returns and refunds policy.
Return Period You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Costs Damaged or defective item: If you receive a faulty item, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Change of mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, return shipping costs are your responsibility. No hidden fees: We do not charge any administrative or restocking fees.
How to Return a Product Email us at info@nujurma.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you detailed instructions and the correct return address. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method and you must provide us with the tracking number.
Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the variant you need.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@nujurma.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve this promptly.
Non-Refundable Items Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
Order Cancellation Before shipment: You may cancel your order without penalty if it has not yet been dispatched. After shipment: You must follow the return process once the order has been delivered.
Refund Timeframes Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
